Shipping & Returns / Exchanges Policy


All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of credit approval. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank’s records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Please note, these shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date will be within those days as unexpected shipping delays by the courier can occur which are out of LashKarah Lashes control (i.e weather, customs, postal holiday).

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day.
Processing time for orders placed during holiday periods may take up to 10 business days.

General Delivery Times

USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Orders shipped to all states can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the East and West Coast can be expected within 4- 6 business days.

International Delivery Time

Ground Delivery

The delivery method used to ship our packages is the United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard Ground delivery. We carefully inspect every product before it is shipped out to you. We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package. Once the package leaves our facility and is received by the postal office and a tracking number has been assigned and sent we are not liable for any damage or lost packages.
